As a Yard Technician / Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for maintaining yard organization, supporting equipment readiness, and delivering excellent customer service. With 16 locations across New England and Upstate NY, we offer long-term career growth, training, and advancement opportunities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay Range:</strong> $18.00 - $22.00 per hour</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance (individual & family coverage)</li>\n <li>Paid holidays and paid time off, including 7 paid sick days</li>\n <li>401(k) retirement plan with company match</li>\n <li>Paid training and professional development opportunities</li>\n <li>Supportive team culture focused on safety, quality, and communication</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform equipment check-in and check-out inspections and assist with basic preventive maintenance and general upkeep. </li>\n <li>Help load and unload equipment, including assisting customers and delivery drivers. </li>\n <li>Deliver and pick up small equipment and supplies as needed.</li>\n <li>Support the Inside Sales team by selecting appropriate, rental-ready equipment .</li>\n <li>Maintain equipment inventory systems in accordance with company procedures.</li>\n <li>Ensure equipment is clean, safe, and ready for customer use .</li>\n <li>Organize equipment efficiently to support smooth operations. </li>\n <li>Provide customers with basic operating instructions and exceptional customer service during equipment pickup and return. </li>\n <li>Use independent judgment to prioritize tasks and manage workflow .</li>\n <li>Support a safe, collaborative, and productive work environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 18 years of age or older </li>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED (trade school or related experience preferred) </li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license required </li>\n <li>Ability to obtain/maintain a valid medical card </li>\n <li>Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn </li>\n <li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively </li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail for documentation and equipment inspection </li>\n <li>Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs. and standing, bending, and moving for extended periods</li>\n <li>Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
