You will develop and manage structured maintenance schedules that ensure preventative tasks, deep cleans, inspections, and special projects are completed consistently and on time.</p><p>You will lead and develop the maintenance team through coaching, performance conversations, and hands-on training. This includes reinforcing safety standards, equipment operation, chemical handling procedures, and proper use of PPE.</p><p>This role partners closely with the General Manager to align maintenance priorities with operational needs, inspections, audits, and seasonal demands.
