Own shift transition continuity - ensuring open tasks, unresolved issues, and in-progress work are documented, handed off, and followed through to completion.
Research and resolve operational discrepancies, service failures, and process breakdowns by working across internal teams and client stakeholders to identify root cause and corrective action.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with shift managers, operations leadership, and client-facing teams to surface recurring issues and support process improvement initiatives.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to leadership and contribute to ongoing operational development for the assigned account.
Safety & Compliance:
Promote and enforce a strong culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, SOPs, and company policies.
Conduct regular safety audits and provide ongoing safety training and reinforcement for associates.
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
May visit external customers to proactively identify potential business opportunities and/or conduct carrier reviews.
