    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The Recreational Gymnastics Director leads and oversees all recreational gymnastics programming for kindergarten through teen athletes. This role is responsible for curriculum development, coach development, class quality, enrollment growth, and creating an exceptional experience for families.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">We are looking for a high-energy leader who loves kids, understands gymnastics progression, and thrives in building systems, coaching staff, and growing programs.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Program Leadership &amp; Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Oversee all recreational gymnastics classes (Youth through Advanced)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Design and maintain structured curriculum and skill progressions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure safe, organized, and high-quality class delivery</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Evaluate and update program structure as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate with the Kindergym, Ninja, and Team Directors on gym-wide goals and programming</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Staff Leadership &amp; Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate recreational coaches</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead regular staff meetings and training workshops</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Create consistent coaching standards and expectations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide ongoing feedback and professional development</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate on staff scheduling</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Be available to coach classes and lead daytime events as needed</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Required:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong background in youth sports or child development</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Minimum 3 years coaching or teaching experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Leadership or supervisory experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent communication and organizational skills; familiar with Google Docs and Sheets </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Passion for working with children</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience managing recreational programs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of gymnastics progressions and skill tracking</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with class management software;
