Our portfolio also includes home improvement, residential and commercial remodels, additions and various services. That&rsquo;s why we offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package designed to support your health, financial security, and overall well-being.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct thorough inspections of damaged contents and personal property in residential and commercial settings after disasters such as fire, wind, water/mold damage.</li><li>Document the condition of items, catalog them, and photograph them as necessary for insurance claims and restoration purposes.&nbsp;</li><li>Safely and efficiently pack, transport, and store contents, ensuring proper care and handling of valuable and sentimental items.&nbsp;</li><li>Utilize appropriate cleaning and restoration techniques to restore items to their pre-loss condition, including cleaning, deodorizing, and repairing as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Structural and detailed cleaning of residential and commercial job sites.&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in our 24-hour on call rotation, responding to emergencies after hours and on weekends.</li><li>Drive company vehicles (no CDL required)</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Reliability and punctuality is extremely important to all positions. Our customers expect us to show up on time!</li><li>Experience in the restoration industry preferred, including IICRC Certifications, but not required.</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent customer service skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience using mobile software to enter data.</li><li>Can read and follow product label usage instructions.&nbsp;</li><li>Hardworking, honest, dependable, and safety focused.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.&nbsp;</li><li>Reports on time in a clean, complete uniform. &nbsp;</li><li>Willingness to cross-train within the cleaning department. &nbsp;</li><li>Move 75+ pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.&nbsp;</li><li>Stand/walk for extended periods of time. Lifting, squatting, crawling and crouching is required.&nbsp;</li><li>For safety reasons, respirators, which are used in certain situations, must be able to seal to your face.&nbsp;</li><li>Use visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Be exposed to various inside and outside working conditions. The change of environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.&nbsp;</li><li>Valid driver license with no more than 3 driving infractions in the last 3 years.&nbsp;<ul><li>Reliable, insured transportation at your disposal. Due to on-call rotation, public transportation will not suffice.&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li>Successful completion of drug screening (heroin, amphetamines, cocaine, opiates, phencyclidine).</li><li>Successful completion of background screening. Any convictions will need to be discussed with the Human Resource Director.</li><li>Must participate in the on-call rotation for our emergency services.
