The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work in a collaborative field environment. This role is ideal for professionals who take pride in ensuring construction is performed in accordance with contract documents, specifications, and industry standards.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Inspector:</strong> Minimum 2 years of construction inspection experience, including at least 1 year in bridge and/or roadway construction</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Battered pile driving experience</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or equivalent</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Valid driver&rsquo;s license with acceptable driving record</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform inspections of bridge construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and contract requirements</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor contractor operations, workmanship, and materials for quality and adherence to project standards</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain detailed daily inspection reports, including documentation of work progress, quantities, and field conditions</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct field sampling and testing of materials in accordance with FDOT and project requirements</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify and document construction deficiencies and coordinate resolution with the project team</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and shop drawings</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Communicate effectively with the CEI Senior Inspector, Project Administrator, contractor, and client representatives</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a safe work environment</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Additional Responsibilities (Senior Level)</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate and oversee activities of CEI Inspectors and Inspector Aides</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform complex technical assignments and engineering computations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with construction layout, field measurements, and verification of quantities</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders, including client, contractor, and CEI team</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide input on constructability, sequencing, and field condition evaluations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support project administration with production tracking and staffing coordination</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Preferred Certifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">CTQP Concrete Field Inspector Level I</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">CTQP Pile Driving Inspection</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">CTQP Asphalt Paving Levels I &amp;
