They will provide training and basic guidance and direction to help students achieve their academic goals.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b>Essential functions:</b>&nbsp;</p>\n<ol>\n <li>Provide students with direction, instruction, and assistance in designated areas of instruction.</li>\n <li>Motivate and counsel students in areas of behavior, training, personal problems, or study habits.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with counselors and staff as necessary to resolve issues affecting student training and/ or instruction.</li>\n <li>Develop and prepare lessons in accordance with approved curriculum guidelines, recommend curricula changes and supplemental materials.</li>\n <li>Maintain organized, clean, and safe training environment.</li>\n</ol>\n<p><b>Education and Experience Requirements:</b>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of job related experience working with youth.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Why:</b> Make a positive impact in your community by doing meaningful work that results in a rewarding career.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Management &amp; Training Corporation (MTC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
