If this sounds like you, submit your application today!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Full-time</li>\n <li>Monday - Thursday, 8 AM - 5 PM</li>\n <li>Fridays, 8 AM -1 PM</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monthly bonus opportunities</li>\n <li>Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance</li>\n <li>PTO and paid holidays</li>\n <li>401(k) options</li>\n <li>Free CE courses provided by our affiliated vendors</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities & Duties</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct initial dental assessments and collect patient medical history</li>\n <li>Perform dental cleanings, including removing plaque, tartar, and stains</li>\n <li>Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants to protect teeth from decay</li>\n <li>Educate on proper oral hygiene techniques such as brushing and flossing</li>\n <li>Take and develop dental X-rays</li>\n <li>Monitor and record the patient's progress and report findings to the dentist</li>\n <li>Provide nutritional counseling related to oral health</li>\n <li>Manage patient records and dental charts</li>\n <li>Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Hygienist Qualifications & Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2+ years of hands-on Hygiene experience</li>\n <li>Proficiency in using dental software, preferably Eaglesoft</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to manage a high-stress environment</li>\n <li>CPR and First Aid certification</li>\n <li>Associate's degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program</li>\n <li>Current state licensure as a Dental Hygienist</li>\n <li>Completion of a board-approved radiology course</li>\n <li>Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of dental health and prevention strategies</li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages</li>\n <li>Commitment to continuing education and professional development</li>\n <li>Ability to comply with safety regulations and maintain infection control standards</li>\n <li>Chart the condition of teeth and the overall oral health of the patient</li>\n <li>Sterilize and clean dental tools and medical areas</li>\n <li>Educate patients on proper dental care and oral hygiene</li>\n <li>Provide assistance and support to the Dentist during major operations and procedures</li>\n <li>Complete patient intake examinations</li>\n <li>Create a dental plan that addresses the patient’s financial status and insurance coverage</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>INDHRDH02</p>",
