Our spa is designed to complement the Gravity Haus lifestyle, supporting members and guests in their wellness and recovery journeys.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Guest Experience &amp; Services</strong></p><ul><li>Perform high-quality spa services including facials, waxing, lash and brow tinting, and eyebrow shaping.</li><li>Greet clients warmly and conduct thorough consultations to assess skincare needs and treatment goals.</li><li>Deliver personalized, recovery-focused treatments that align with Gravity Haus wellness principles.</li><li>Educate guests on skincare routines and recommend retail products to support long-term skin health.</li><li>Ensure guests feel comfortable, cared for, and supported throughout their spa experience.</li></ul><p><strong>Spa Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare treatment rooms before each service and ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and organization after each appointment.</li><li>Follow all OSHA and DORA hygiene and sanitation standards.</li><li>Maintain punctuality and professionalism when managing appointment schedules.</li><li>Assist with restocking treatment rooms, linens, and supplies to maintain operational readiness.</li><li>Support spa merchandising and maintain awareness of product inventory levels.</li></ul><p><strong>Team Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Work collaboratively with spa and hospitality team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.</li><li>Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions.</li><li>Promote Gravity Haus offerings including wellness programming, fitness amenities, and membership benefits.</li><li>Maintain a professional appearance and positive, solution-oriented attitude.</li><li>Report maintenance or safety concerns in a timely manner.</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Valid Colorado Esthetician License (required).</li><li>Previous experience in a spa, hotel, or resort setting is preferred.</li><li>Passion for wellness, skincare, and holistic health.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.</li><li>Sales-oriented with the ability to confidently recommend services and retail products.</li><li>Reliable team player with a proactive and professional approach.</li><li>Appreciation for the outdoors, sustainability, and personal wellness.</li><li>Must be available for morning and evening sessions.</li><li>Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).</li><li>Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and lifting light objects (up to 25 lbs).</li><li>Manual dexterity required to perform skincare treatments with precision.</li><li>Comfortable working in a calm, low-light spa environment.</li></ul><p><strong>About Gravity Haus</strong></p><p>Gravity Haus is a community-driven adventure lifestyle brand with hotels, restaurants, and experiences that empower a modern way of travel.
