To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring the Lake Country Co-op brand to life, visit us at www.lakecountryco-op.crs.</p><p><strong>Reporting to the Agro Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:</strong><br>• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.<br>• Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.<br>• Load and unload agro &amp; crop inputs products; maintain cleanliness, rotation, storage, and order of merchandise in the yard, compound, and storage areas.<br>• Ensure product is stored safely, securely, and in compliance with regulations.<br>• Pick, stage and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery.<br>• Provide basic product information and direct technical questions to appropriate personnel.<br>• Support the mixing/blending of fertilizer (if applicable).<br>• Clean and perform minor repairs and maintenance to vehicles and equipment.<br>• Record inventory movement, assist in preparing shipping documents and bills of lading report any discrepancies to management.<br>• Operate skid-steer to move fertilizer in and out of appropriate locations in instructed quantities.<br>• Keep the yard clean, organized and safe; perform snow removal, weed control, and other seasonal yard duties.<br>• Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies and procedures.<br>• Perform other duties as assigned.</p><p><strong>Why It Matters: </strong>Lake Country Co-op provides a range of products and services to support our over 54,680 member-owners in 20 different communities throughout North Central Saskatchewan in the areas of Food, Pharmacy, Convenience Store, Home and Building Solutions, Ag products, Petroleum, Food Services, and Wine, Spirits and Beer. Our goal is to work together and build stronger, more vibrant communities where everyone can thrive.</p><p><strong>Who You Are:</strong><br>You are looking for a career in Agriculture and Customer Service and:<br>• You have your high school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in agriculture, warehousing, or customer service is an asset.<br>• You are well organized, able to work unsupervised, and able to plan and organize your own work.<br>• You are honest and trustworthy, are results oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.<br>• You have strong attention to detail and can remain calm under pressure.<br>• You can fulfill the physical job requirements; manual labour is required including pushing, pulling, crouching, and lifting and working in outdoor conditions.<br>• You have forklift or skid steer operation experience or are willing to obtain.<br>• You carry a Class 5 driver’s license; Class 3A or 1A is an asset.<br>• You are familiar with Agrichemical Warehousing Standards (AWSA) and safe handling practices for crop protection products is an asset.<br>• Knowledge of crop inputs (fertilizer, seed, pesticides) is a strong asset.<br>• You have a flexible work schedule, seasonal peak periods may require extended hours.</p><p>Our Lake Country Co-op team members receive competitive salaries, a comprehensive benefits package, and an employer-contributed pension plan.
