As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule while providing routine healthcare services in clients’ homes. This role allows you to design a work schedule that suits both your needs and those of your clients.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Support patients with basic transfers, positioning, and ambulation. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Perform light housekeeping duties and assist with meal preparation and nutrition monitoring. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Provide companionship and engage in supportive communication. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising RN. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Maintain confidentiality and patient dignity in accordance with HIPAA and care standards. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Document services provided and maintain communication as directed. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule is flexible! 6 hours/day</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>ASSIGNMENT LIMITATIONS: </p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Contractor shall not administer medications or perform clinical tasks. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Contractor shall not develop or alter care plans. </p></li>\n</ul> \n<ul>\n <li><p>Contractor shall not supervise other personnel or represent UEW in administrative matters. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>In some states may require, Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in good standing. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>In some states may require, Completion of a recognized home health aide training course. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>In some states may require, being listed on the state’s nurse aide registry without restrictions. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Current CPR certification. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Prior experience in home health, hospice, or personal care preferred. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Reliable transportation for patient visits, if applicable. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $17.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr.",
