          "text": "<p>The Campus Supervisor, under the supervision and direction of the Campus Culture Coordinator, in accordance with the school's management plan, shall have responsibilities for, but not limited to, the following:</p><p><strong>Essential Job Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Establish rapport with faculty and students to maintain and enhance a positive school environment</li><li>Support a positive school culture and school’s positive behavior expectations across the campus</li><li>Supervise and direct student movement as needed</li><li>Monitor general campus, parking lots, and adjacent areas to ensure the safety and well-being of students and staff</li><li>Report unauthorized or suspicious persons, vehicles, and activities to the administrative staff</li><li>Notifies the administrative staff, police, fire department, and other appropriate authorities of security or emergency situations</li><li>Assists with fire drills and other emergency building evacuations</li><li>Assist in de-escalation with students as needed</li><li>Redirect all visitors back to the main office for visitor registration</li><li>Work with school administrators and officials in handling serious student&#xa0;offenses</li><li>Maintain security records, logs, and reports</li><li>Attend and successfully complete all staff development trainings</li><li>Models nondiscriminatory practices in all activities</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned</li></ul>",
