We value our professional and caring employees who are dedicated to improving people’s lives and we want&nbsp;<strong>YOU&nbsp;</strong>to join our team!</p>\n<p><strong>What&nbsp;you will be doing:&nbsp;</strong>You’ll be responsible for&nbsp;providing career technical training instruction to students in accordance with approved curricula.&nbsp; Provide students with basic direction, in compliance with government and management directives.</p>\n<p><strong>Essential functions:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ol>\n <li>Provide students with direction, instruction, and assistance in designated areas of instruction.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Motivate and counsel students in areas of behavior, training, personal problems, or study habits.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Coordinate with counselors and staff as necessary to resolve issues affecting student training and/ or instruction.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Develop and prepare lessons in accordance with approved curriculum guidelines, recommend curricula changes and supplemental materials.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain organized, clean, and safe training environment.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Participate in student assessment panels, perform required documentation and evaluation using CIS (Center Information System) and other documentation systems.&nbsp;</li>\n</ol>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience Requirements:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Active, unrestricted RN license.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Two (2) years experience; at least 1 of which shall be in the provision of a long-term facility. Must complete a course in teaching adults or shall have experience teaching adults.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Management &amp; Training Corporation (MTC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
