    "description": "<h2>Role Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Sodexo</strong> is seeking a <strong>Health & Safety Manager </strong>who will lead Environmental, Health, and Safety programs at a large-scale research, development, and office campus in Piscataway, NJ. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving site-wide safety and environmental management systems within an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) environment. The EHS Manager will ensure full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable state regulations while proactively reducing operational risk across the site. This role will partner closely with facilities operations, project teams, and contractors to embed a strong safety culture and drive consistent adherence to high-risk work controls. In addition to compliance oversight, the EHS Manager will lead incident investigations, corrective actions, and safety training initiatives.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Corporate Services </strong></p>\n<p>Sodexo provides our corporate service partners with a diverse range of food services and integrated facilities management possibilities. From restaurants to delivery options, to streamlined operations and cutting-edge technology, Sodexo creates a safe, vibrant, and eco-friendly workplace.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of site-wide EHS programs and management systems.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable state and local environmental and safety regulations.</li>\n <li>Oversee high-risk work programs including LOTO, confined space, fall protection, hot work, and contractor safety.</li>\n <li>Manage environmental compliance programs including hazardous waste, stormwater, air permits, and reporting requirements.</li>\n <li>Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action (RCCA) processes.</li>\n <li>Deliver safety training, communications, audits, and engagement programs to strengthen site-wide safety culture.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
