Everyone has a role to play and we take ours seriously.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-weight: bold\">This role is a full-time (40 hours per week) &amp; contract position with hours of work being <span>7AM to 3:30PM</span></span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">, Monday - Friday, and is a 12 month contract.</span></em></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">As the Production Assembler, you will:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use hand tools for box assembly of electronics and electrical control systems</li>\n<li>Manufacturing and assembly of cable and wire harnesses</li>\n<li>Crimping and wiring</li>\n<li>Labelling and packaging of finished products</li>\n<li>Small amount of computer work for testing and timesheet recording </li>\n<li>Various other tasks as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who are you?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Previous hands on assembly experience is an asset</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong manual dexterity with the ability to pay attention to detail</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</span></li>\n<li><span>Basic computer literacy</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Please apply even if you don’t qualify for all responsibilities or skills. </em></p>\n<p><span>This role is open as we're looking to expand our team!</span></p>\n<p><em><br>The expected hourly wage for this position is $20/hour CDN.</em></p>\n<p><em><span><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: inherit\"><br>The hourly rate is determined through comprehensive market research and considers factors including qualifications, skills, education, relevant experience, work location, internal equity, and alignment with local and industry market data.
