    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Position Overview&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting Medical Support Instructors in Gulfport, Mississippi in support of the Center for Security Forces (CENSECFOR).&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Possess a minimum of three (3) years documented operational field medical experience serving as a Fleet Marine Force (FMF) Corpsman, U.S. Army medic, or as a Special Operations Tactical Medic.</li><li>At a minimum, possess current certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (Basic). As part of the training process, be available to provide emergency medical treatment on-site during periods of high-risk training.</li><li>Current Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) certification in accordance with the latest Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) standards. TCCC certified instructors shall have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in provided military first aid or emergency room/trauma center care.<ul><li>CENSECFOR will accept TCCC certifications from National Assoc. of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT) and International Trauma Life Support (ITLS), in addition to those recognized by BUMED;<ul><li>Tactical Combat Casualty Care - Provider course (CIN: B-300-010)</li><li>Tactical Combat Casualty Care - Instructor Course (CIN: B-300-000)</li><li>Graduates from Field Medical Service Technician Course at Field Medical Training Battalion (FMTB) East or FMBT West.</li><li>Graduates from TCCC Instructor course at FMTB East or FMTB West</li><li>Graduates from the Special Operations Combat Medic Course or Special Operations Independent Duty Course at the Naval Special Operations Institute.</li></ul></li></ul></li><li>Have 2 years of experience as an instructor delivering training.</li><li>Have knowledge of basic and advanced training techniques to include classroom management, Classroom Assessment Techniques (CATs), and student motivation.</li><li>Have knowledge of computer technology application as it applies to instructional presentation and the use of classroom training aids.</li><li>Possess high personal standards of technical knowledge and professional competence in delivering training material.</li><li>Possess the ability to perform in a military environment.</li><li>Possess a familiarity with the organization and hierarchy of the U. S. Navy, military rank/grade structure.</li><li>Possess a knowledge of Navy and military terminology.</li><li>Possess above average communication skills and the ability to comprehend both verbal and written instructions</li><li>Ability to maintain the personal standards of technical and professional levels of competence that are at least equal to that of the Department of the Navy military personnel undergoing training.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications and Experience</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ol><li><strong>Have attended the Navy Instructor Training Course (NITC) (A-012-0077) (or military service equivalent), or</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></li><li><strong>Academic credentialing (teacher/professor), or</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></li><li><strong>Instructor training via an academic institution. &nbsp;Academic ITC requirements should contain at a minimum, these Learning Objectives:&nbsp;</strong><ol><li><strong>Effective communication and questioning techniques</strong></li><li><strong>Adult learning theory and principles</strong></li><li><strong>Instructional Delivery methods</strong></li><li><strong>Lesson delivery performance laboratory</strong></li><li><strong>Training environment management</strong></li><li><strong>Inter-personal skills</strong></li><li><strong>Evaluation and Feedback</strong></li></ol></li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Company Overview</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>RMGS, Inc. is a growing small business headquartered in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
