We have a strong focus on a double bottom line and actively support and engage with the communities where we live and work to make the world a better place.&#160;In a nutshell, we believe in doing well, while doing good and know how to balance the two.&#160;</p><p></p><p><strong>Role&#160;</strong></p><p>Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and scale cloud-native applications using Angular (frontend) and Python (microservices) on the Azure platform.&#160; This role will lead the development of API-driven, microservices-based systems deployed on Azures stack, with full ownership across frontend, backend, and DevOps integration.&#160;&#160;<br>&#160;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities&#160;</strong></p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end system design and architecture for scalable, cloud-native applications&#160;</li><li>Design and implement microservices architectures with well-defined service boundaries&#160;</li><li>Define and enforce API design standards, versioning, and contract-first development&#160;</li><li>Build and&#160;optimize&#160;Angular-based Single Page Applications (SPA) with focus on performance and maintainability&#160;</li><li>Implement advanced frontend patterns including state management, lazy loading, caching, and routing optimization&#160;</li><li>Develop high-performance backend services using Python with focus on scalability and efficiency&#160;</li><li>Define and implement performance testing and load testing strategies&#160;</li><li>Own end-to-end deployment and release processes&#160;with&#160;CI/CD pipeline management.&#160;</li><li>Implement secure authentication and authorization.&#160;</li><li>Ensure system reliability using resiliency patterns (retry, circuit breakers, fault tolerance)&#160;</li><li>Establish and monitor SLIs/SLOs and system observability (logging, monitoring, tracing)&#160;</li><li>Conduct code reviews&#160;&amp;&#160;design reviews.&#160;</li><li>Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables&#160;</li><li>Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions&#160;<br>&#160;</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field&#160;</li><li>8-10&#160;years of experience in full stack software development with at least 3 years of experience in the Oil &amp; Gas industry&#160;</li><li>Strong experience with Angular (enterprise/dashboard applications)&#160;</li><li>Strong backend development experience using Python&#160;</li><li>Proven experience building microservices architectures&#160;</li><li>Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services&#160;</li><li>Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)&#160;</li><li>Strong understanding of containerization and its deployment (Docker, Kubernetes)&#160;</li></ul>",
