When you join the PS team, you&rsquo;re part of a family&mdash;and part of our recipe for success.</p><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a skilled and experienced <strong>Mechanical Technician (3rd Shift)</strong> to join our dynamic team. In this role, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of electromechanical systems used in our food production processes. Your expertise will ensure that our production lines operate efficiently and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.</p><p><strong>What you&rsquo;ll do:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Perform regular and emergency maintenance on equipment such as conveyor belts, packaging machines, and automated systems</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair 24V and 120V control voltage systems, including PLC diagnosis and troubleshooting as needed</li><li>Conduct mechanical repairs on pneumatic and hydraulic systems; assist with fabrication as needed</li><li>TIG welding to meet 3A sanitary standards for food-grade applications</li><li>Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment, including upgrades and retrofits</li><li>Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime</li><li>Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and company policies</li><li>Maintain detailed documentation of repairs, maintenance, and equipment performance</li><li>Collaborate closely with other technicians, engineers, and production staff</li><li>Other duties as assigned by manager</li></ul><p><strong>What we&rsquo;re looking for:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Associate&rsquo;s degree or certification in Electromechanical Technology, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field; Journeyman&rsquo;s card preferred</li><li>5&ndash;7 years of experience in electromechanical maintenance required</li><li>Food industry or manufacturing experience preferred</li><li>Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.</li><li>TIG welding skills to meet 3A standards.</li><li>Proficient in troubleshooting 120v and 24v systems, PLCs, pneumatic/hydraulic components, fabrication, and TIG welding</li><li>Strong understanding of electrical circuits, PLCs, and mechanical systems</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment</li><li>Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with maintenance</li><li>Willingness to work in varied environmental conditions while following safety protocols</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits of Working at PS Seasoning:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Competitive Pay</li><li>Health, Dental, Vision &amp; Life Insurance</li><li>401K with Company Match</li><li>Paid Holidays &amp; Vacation</li><li>50% Off Employee Discount</li><li>Employee Appreciation Events</li><li>Outdoor Courtyard with Putting Green</li><li>Delicious Smells</li></ul><p><strong>PS Seasoning is an equal opportunity employer.</strong> All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran, or disability status.<br><em>This employer participates in E-Verify and will verify employment eligibility for all new hires.</em></p><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><br></div></div><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n<br/>3rd shift 10:00pm - 6:00am<br/>40",
