The</p><p>successful candidate will be expected to mentor apprentices and entry-level technicians while</p><p>maintaining high standards of craftsmanship, professionalism, and integrity.</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></span></p><p>Maintenance &amp; Repair</p><p>● Perform general maintenance, repairs, and renovations on residential and commercial</p><p>properties.</p><p>● Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and safely.</p><p>● Complete work orders and service requests in a timely manner.</p><p>● Ensure properties remain safe, functional, attractive, and compliant with applicable</p><p>standards.</p><p><br></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Skilled Trades Work</strong></span></p><p>● Carpentry and trim installation</p><p>● Drywall repair, texture, and painting</p><p>● Flooring installation and repairs</p><p>● Door, window, and hardware replacement</p><p>● Cabinet installation and repairs</p><p>● Light plumbing repairs and fixture replacement</p><p>● Light electrical repairs and fixture replacement (within licensing requirements)</p><p>● Exterior repairs and property improvements</p><p>Construction &amp; Renovation Projects</p><p>● Assist with apartment renovations, remodels, turnovers, and improvement projects.</p><p>● Work under the direction of a General Contractor, Project Manager, or Maintenance</p><p>Director.</p><p>● Help coordinate project schedules and material needs.</p><p>● Maintain quality workmanship while meeting project deadlines.</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Leadership &amp;
