Together, we will continue to raise our levels of employee engagement.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About the Leasing Specialist opportunity:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Resident Ambassador:</strong></p>\n<p>As our frontline liaison, build strong relationships and deliver excellence by addressing concerns to maintain resident satisfaction. </p>\n<p><strong>Leasing Champion:</strong></p>\n<p>Own the leasing process from initial inquiry to onboarding of new resident. Proactively monitor vacancies and achieve leasing targets. </p>\n<p><strong>Operations Guru:</strong></p>\n<p>Collect payments, inspect the property and facilitate resident moves and maintenance request.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What you need to succeed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.</li>\n <li>1-2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, office administration or related field. </li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li>\n <li>Proficient with MS Office. SAP knowledge is an asset.</li>\n <li>Well-developed oral and written communication skills. </li>\n <li>Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed to meet business requirements.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to address concerns and achieve performance targets.</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solver with effective negotiation skills.</li>\n <li>Highly organized and detailed-oriented with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<p>In this role, you will receive a competitive base rate starting at $18/hour.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Your opportunity to build an exciting career!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>",
