From the moment guests arrive until the final whistle or encore, this team helps deliver our “Welcome Home” philosophy and ensures every guest feels valued and supported.</p><p></p><p><b>Position Summary</b></p><p>The Guest Experience Associate – Express Entry helps create a fast, welcoming, and seamless arrival experience for guests entering Mercedes-Benz Stadium.</p><p>This role supports the stadium’s Delta Fly-Through Lanes, helping guests take advantage of one of the most innovative entry experiences in sports. Associates greet guests, assist with enrollment when needed, answer questions about the process, and help ensure fans move quickly and confidently into the stadium.</p><p></p><p>This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, staying energized in busy environments, and helping guests start their event experience on a positive note.</p><p></p><p><u><b>Key Responsibilities</b></u></p><p><b>Express Entry Guest Support</b></p><p>• Welcome guests arriving at Express Entry locations throughout the stadium<br />• Assist guests utilizing Delta Fly-Through Lanes for stadium entry<br />• Help guide guests through the enrollment process when needed<br />• Answer questions related to Express Entry and stadium access</p><p></p><p><b>Technology Support</b></p><p>• Assist guests with enrollment through QR code registration<br />• Help troubleshoot common entry or enrollment questions<br />• Maintain working knowledge of Express Entry technology and procedures</p><p></p><p><b>Guest Hospitality</b></p><p>• Provide directions and support for guests entering the stadium<br />• Maintain a welcoming and approachable presence during high-traffic arrival periods<br />• Assist guests with general questions related to the stadium experience</p><p></p><p><b>Event Day Execution</b></p><p>• Work in outdoor entry environments during events<br />• Maintain awareness of guest flow and entry operations<br />• Support other Guest Experience initiatives and responsibilities as assigned</p><p></p><p><u><b>Qualifications</b></u></p><p><b>Required</b></p><p>• Must be 18 years of age or older<br />• Availability to work nights, weekends, and major stadium events<br />• Must be available for a minimum of 75% of major events annually<br />• Ability to stand and move for extended periods during events<br />• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments<br />• Completion of required Guest Experience training prior to working events</p><p></p><p><b>Preferred</b></p><p>• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or event operations<br />• Comfortable assisting guests with smartphone technology<br />• Strong communication and interpersonal skills</p><p></p><p><b>Why Join Mercedes-Benz Stadium</b></p><p>Guest Experience Associates play a vital role in shaping how fans remember their time at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
