    "description": "<p>Having successfully scaled the product to multiple train operating companies and rolling stock OEM's in the UK with the system fitted to more than 15% of the UK rail rolling stock fleet, we are looking to:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Broaden the scope of use cases within our current customer base.</li>\n<li>Grow our market presence within UK rail.</li>\n<li>Expand into international rail markets.</li>\n<li>Diversify into other adjacent transport sectors e.g. bus, light rail, highways.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to work with our current team to drive forward our growth plans.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Deep experience of working in business development roles in the rail sector will be a significant advantage particularly with direct experience of consultative based sales and an existing network as a supplier or customer into some or all of the following:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Train Operating Companies</li>\n<li>Rolling Stock Manufacturer's</li>\n<li>Rolling Stock Asset Owners</li>\n<li>Infrastructure Managers</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Experience working in / rolling out products within international markets would be a further benefit.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>A solid understanding of public transport operations and key pain points will allow a successful candidate to work closely with customer to leverage the Monica Hub platform to drive significant improvements in their operations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Capability of grasping and working with technology driven solutions will assist successful customer engagement.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally is  essential.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>A highly attractive pay and benefits package is on offer including competitive salary and significant incentives.</p>\n<p> </p>",
