      "content": "\n<li><strong>Electronic Security Technician License (EST) required.</strong></li>\n<li>Experience as a Data Cable Technician.</li>\n<li>Available for extensive travel nationwide.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of industry standards (BICSI, NEC, TIA/EIA).</li>\n<li>Industry-specific certifications (BICSI, Systimax, Panduit, Beldon, Corning) are a&nbsp;huge plus.</li>\n<li>Capable of reading blueprints and site maps.</li>\n<li>Experience in CCTV, voice, and data cabling is a plus.</li>\n<li>Excellent customer relationship and communication skills; verbal and written.</li>\n<li>Must be comfortable working unsupervised and also effectively communicating and collaborating with teams of 4 to 20 other technicians.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Knowledgeable in identifying independent colors and learning color codes.</li>\n<li>Ability to work in cramped spaces.</li>\n<li>Ability to operate a BOOM or scissor lift; and ability to work at heights, of 40 plus feet.</li>\n<li>Has basic telecommunication tools, PPE, and reliable transportation.</li>\n<li>Must have knowledge of cabling infrastructure.</li>\n<li>Experience in conduit installation is a plus.</li>\n<li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; no DUI or DWI in the last three years.</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various cabling infrastructure.</li>\n<li>Run low voltage cabling in commercial buildings, including drilling concrete walls and limited conduit work.</li>\n<li>Ensuring all cables are neatly tied and bundled according to safety regulations.</li>\n<li>Installing of cable support structures such as j-hooks, cable racks, and innerduct.</li>\n<li>Repairing cable poles and towers.</li>\n<li>Conduct tests to ensure all newly installed cables systems and component devices are operational.</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot issues with the cable network.</li>\n<li>Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign.</li>\n<li>Maintain the company’s high standard of quality and professionalism with regards to workmanship, customer relations, coworkers, behavior, and appearance.</li>\n<li>Adhere to all required project safety requirements as set forth by Wachter, our customers, or OSHA.</li>\n"
