      "content": "\n<li>Clean guestrooms and residences to resort standards.</li>\n<li>Change linens, make beds, and restock towels, amenities, and supplies.</li>\n<li>Sanitize bathrooms (fixtures, tubs, showers, tiles).</li>\n<li>Dust, vacuum, mop, and clean surfaces, mirrors, windows, walls.</li>\n<li>Inspect lighting, drapes, HVAC units; report maintenance issues.</li>\n<li>Replenish housekeeping carts, caddies, and storage rooms.</li>\n<li>Confirm rooms are guest-ready; report safety or maintenance concerns.</li>\n<li>Wash, dry, and fold linens/towels as assigned.</li>\n<li>Assist teammates and perform related tasks as assigned.</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)</li>\n<li>Prior hotel or resort housekeeping experience (preferred)</li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently</li>\n<li>Professional appearance, positive attitude, strong communication skills</li>\n<li>Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts through the end of October.</li>\n<li>Comfortable working primarily indoors, moving between buildings in various weather conditions, and safely handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.</li>\n<li>Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.</li>\n"
