This role offers a competitive shift premium of $2.00&ndash;$3.00 per hour.</strong></p><h3>Position Overview</h3><p>This position is responsible for transporting bulk feed to customer farms while supporting daily operations through safe, efficient, and reliable delivery service.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Operate company vehicles to haul and unload feed at designated farm locations</li><li>Maximize efficiency in the use of time, routes, and equipment</li><li>Conduct routine inspections and basic preventative maintenance; report any mechanical concerns to management</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and proper working condition of assigned equipment</li><li>Follow all company safety policies and security procedures</li><li>Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers&rsquo; operational needs and representing the company professionally</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered</li><li>Must be insurable and eligible to operate company vehicles</li><li>Class A CDL required or ability to obtain</li><li>Strong ability to safely operate various types of equipment and vehicles</li><li>Effective communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Willingness to perform physical tasks in varying weather conditions</li><li>Capability to make sound decisions that impact day-to-day operations</li></ul><p><em>We are willing to train and support the right candidate in obtaining required licensing.</em></p><h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h3><ul><li>Hourly pay based on experience</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package including:<ul><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Life and disability coverage</li><li>Pension plan and 401(k)</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li><li>Clothing allowance</li><li>Bonus opportunities and additional benefits</li></ul></li></ul></div></div></div>\n",
