Apply now and become a key contributor to our mission of supporting individuals on their path to wellness! </em></p>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>CLINICAL CARE:</strong> </li>\n <li>Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments based on clinic needs and best-practice guidelines. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>TREATMENT PLANNING AND PROGRESS MONITORING:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with treatment planning. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Review progress towards treatment plan goals. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>COORDINATION AND COMMUNICATION:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Attend required meetings, including on-site staff meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>DOCUMENTATION AND COMPLIANCE:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Timely and comprehensively document all necessary treatment data into the electronic patient health record. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Follow adherence to all necessary regulatory and company compliance requirements. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>EXPERIENCE</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Preferred: 2 years of experience in a relevant field</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>EDUCATION</strong>:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Required: Consistent with state-level regulation and requirements, at minimum Bachelors Degree</li>\n   <li>Preferred: Bachelor’s degree</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>REQUIRED</strong>: Active clinical licensure consistent with state-level regulatory requirements, at minimum</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>BRIGHTVIEW HEALTH BENEFITS AND PERKS:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>PTO (Paid Time Off) </li>\n <li>Immediately vested and eligible in 401k program with employer match.  </li>\n <li>Company sponsored ongoing training and certification opportunities. </li>\n <li>Full comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short term disability, long term disability and accident insurance. </li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement after 1 year in related field  </li>\n</ul>\n<p>We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment dedicated to your professional growth and development. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Ready to shape our future by bringing in top talent?
