You will play a critical role in next-generation access solutions, enabling offline access, enhanced security, and improved customer interactions across our IoT ecosystem.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<li>Mobile Application Development</li>\n<ul>\n <li>Design, develop, and maintain Android (Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift) applications</li>\n <li>Build scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile solutions for smart lock access</li>\n <li>Ensure consistent UI/UX across mobile platforms</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<li>NFC & Device Interaction</li>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and implement NFC-based access workflows (tap-to-unlock, credential exchange)</li>\n <li>Integrate NFC capabilities including Tag reading/writing, Secure credential storage and validation, Offline authentication flows</li>\n <li>Optimize NFC performance across different device manufacturers</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<li>IoT & Connectivity</li>\n<ul>\n <li>Implement hybrid access strategies using NFC + BLE fallback</li>\n <li>Ensure reliable communication in low-connectivity or offline scenarios</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<li>Security & Compliance</li>\n<ul>\n <li>Implement secure authentication methods (token-based, encrypted storage)</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with security standards for mobile and IoT ecosystems</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<li>Backend Integration</li>\n<ul>\n <li>Integrate with REST APIs, cloud services (AWS/GCP), and authentication systems</li>\n <li>Collaborate on API design for mobile-first interactions</li>\n <li>Ensure efficient syncing of device states, logs, and access permissions</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>3 years in mobile app development (Android and/or iOS)</li>\n <li>3 years of strong hands-on experience with NFC frameworks (Android NFC APIs, Core NFC for iOS), Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)</li>\n <li>3 years of experience working with IoT devices or hardware-integrated applications</li>\n <li>3 years of React Native or cross-platform frameworks</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.</li>\n <li>Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.</li>\n</ul>",
