A strong guest service/sales back ground, knowledge of skiing and snowboarding, and familiarity with Schweitzer resort products is required. This position is for seasonal or season to season work, both part time and full time positions may be available.</p><p></p><p><b>This position is on site and is not available for remote work.</b></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities</b>:</p><ul><li>Answer phones promptly with a warm and welcoming greeting, seeking to best serve the guests.</li><li>Assist guests in pre-purchasing Schweitzer products including, but not limited to, lift tickets, lessons, rentals, season passes, lodging, and other resort activities.</li><li>Field inquiries via phone, chat, and email.</li><li>Create customized and comprehensive vacation packages for guests while meeting department-wide metrics for revenue, excellent service standards, and goals.</li><li>Highly knowledgeable in a wide variety of Schweitzer products and services.</li><li>Work is completed in a high-call environment with complex changes being made on a day-to-day basis.</li><li>Handle high-stress guest issues and VIP guests with grace and professionalism.</li><li>Proficient using a variety of computer applications.</li></ul><p><b>Secondary Responsibilities</b>:</p><ul><li>Delivers outbound sales campaigns and courtesy notices as needed.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Specific Job Skills</b>:</p><p><u>License/Certifications</u>- None     </p><p><u>Technical</u></p><ul><li>High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, and Outlook).</li><li>Able to manage multiple software platforms and webpages at one time.</li><li>Knowledge of Siriusware, SMS, NICE, Inntopia, and/or RTP preferred. </li></ul><p><u>Physical Capabilities</u></p><ul><li>Will sit for up to 8 hours a day</li><li>Will wear a headset for up to 8 hours a day.</li></ul><p><u>Additional</u>-  </p><ul><li>Professional communication skills (both spoken and written) required.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills with a high degree of detail.</li><li>Strong customer service skills and sales experience required.<br /> </li></ul><p><b>Education/Related Experience</b>:</p><p><u>Minimum time in a related position</u>-       2 years of customer service experience preferred</p>",
