With us, anticipate engaging and challenging projects that deliver innovative solutions and value-added technologies helping power more than 38 million North American homes.</p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do Day-To-Day</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinates all engineering work (maintains overall technical solution, development of procedures, definition and acquisition of required tools, materials, etc.) and other preparations which will be required to implement the contract within budget/schedule.</li>\n <li>Plans, organizes, implements and follows through to completion a solution to address client’s need. </li>\n <li>Defines and forecasts the necessary skills and work arrangements to support the objectives of the project (supports decisions on emergent work staffing).  </li>\n <li>May supervise/coordinate day-to-day operations of engineers, designers, engineering technicians and others who assist in completion of specific project assignments.   </li>\n <li>Represents the Company in communication with other organizations to resolve questions, plan, and coordinate work.  </li>\n <li>Proposes plans and cost improvement programs that allow the project to achieve its business objectives.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering\n  <ul>\n   <li>Dependent on the position, degrees in Physics, Engineering Technology and Engineering Science may also be accepted. </li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Minimum of 7 years of related experience.</li>\n <li>Good knowledge of project life cycles, methodologies and phases.  </li>\n <li>Good understanding of specific engineering discipline. </li>\n <li>Supply chain and procurement practices.   </li>\n <li>Budgeting, scheduling and resource allocation.  </li>\n <li>Stakeholder coordination, team collaboration, client presentations.  </li>\n <li>Prioritization, deadline tracking, multitasking. Root cause analysis, innovative thinking, adaptability.</li>\n <li>Effective and efficient planning, organization, and prioritization of work to support internal and external customers and stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of component engineering & ASME Code, as well as quickly gains technical knowledge, including a practical understanding of technical and quality requirements, performance requirements, and configuration control.</li>\n <li>Technical supplier oversight skills such as high attention to detail in the preparation and review of work products with the intent of first-time quality.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Total Rewards Package</h2>\n<p><strong>Total Rewards Package          </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Salary:</strong> $112,000- $152,0000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
