    "description": "<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p>As an IA Solutions Architect, you will be a team leader responsible for the technical development of the practice. As a workstream owner, you will be translating the functional requirements into the architecture, design, development, and delivery of RPA, IDP, BI, and other solutions to our clients. Select and utilize recognized technologies and methods to deliver work products in the following areas of the application development lifecycle (design, construction, system and integration testing, implementation, and support and maintenance) addressing complex business/technical requirements.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide Subject matter expertise automation technology such as UiPath, MS Power Automate, Database, REST API, and BI tools.</li>\n <li>Creates and maintains Solution Design Documents (SDD) and project estimates.</li>\n <li>Identifies and communicates the technical infrastructure requirements and drives the strategic and tactical roll-out of the automation solution to department/functions.</li>\n <li>Define coding standards, policies, and procedures.</li>\n <li>Support practice directors with account strategy.</li>\n <li>Leads Practice Knowledge Sharing sessions.</li>\n <li>Works within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.</li>\n <li>Mentors and coaches lower-level developers through performance evaluations, reviews, 1:1’s, and other forms of performance management.</li>\n <li>Ensures quality of coded components by overseeing thorough unit testing.</li>\n <li>Analyzes, understands, and documents the business processes in detail where required.</li>\n <li>Manages a team of developers and tracks project deliverables in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Assists in creating content for demonstrations with existing and potential clients, including POCs, presentations, case studies, blogs, or additional sales material or resources.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Skills and Experience</h2>\n<h1>Must Haves:</h1>\n<ul>\n <li>English – Spanish Language (Oral and writing 85 % or higher), (B2+ or above).</li>\n <li>3+ years of experience in related fields, i.e software development, DBA, BI, Data science, and other automation tools.</li>\n <li>High School diploma.</li>\n <li>Able to build automations without direction.</li>\n <li>4+ years of experience in UiPath</li>\n <li>3-5 years of coaching & managing direct reports on assigned projects.</li>\n <li>Experience in managing teams.</li>\n <li><em>UiPath Developers</em> training</li>\n <li><em>UiPath RPA Developer Continuous Learning</em> training</li>\n <li><em>UiPath Document Understanding Overview</em> training</li>\n <li><em>UiPath Test Manager Foundation</em> training</li>\n <li><em>UiPath Automation Developer Professional</em> training</li>\n <li><strong><em>UiPath Certified Professional </em>accreditation</strong></li>\n <li><em>UiPath Citizen Developer Foundation</em> training</li>\n <li><em>UiPath Document Understanding Deep Dive</em> training</li>\n <li><em>UiPath RPA Citizen Developer Technologies</em> training</li>\n <li><em>UiPath Automation Project Manager</em> training</li>\n <li><em>UiPath Sales</em> training</li>\n <li><em>UiPath Pre-Sales </em>training</li>\n <li><em>Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals</em> training</li>\n <li><em>MS Power Automate</em> training program</li>\n</ul>\n<h1>Nice to Haves:</h1>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with MS Power BI and database design</li>\n <li>Experience with MS Power Automate</li>\n <li>6+ months of experience in development (i.e., .Net/Visual/SQL/HTML/Macros)</li>\n <li>Consulting experience</li>\n <li>Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>About Auxis</h2>\n<p>Auxis places a high priority on employee growth and development, fostering an environment where you can advance in your career.
