This role ensures that all dishes, cookware, and kitchen surfaces meet rigorous health and safety standards while supporting efficient kitchen operations.</p><p>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:</p><ul><li>Ensure proper sanitation and cleaning of dishes, silverware, and glassware using both manual and automated dishwashing methods in compliance with health codes.</li><li>Thoroughly wash and sanitize pots, pans, and trays to maintain equipment integrity and food safety standards.</li><li>Maintain clean and safe kitchen floors through regular sweeping and mopping, preventing slip hazards and maintaining a professional environment.</li><li>Uphold cleanliness standards for all kitchen equipment and work surfaces, adhering to established sanitation protocols.</li><li>Properly segregate and dispose of waste materials into designated receptacles in accordance with facility guidelines and environmental regulations.</li></ul>",
