    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>Maintenance technician is a customer support position, focusing on the needs of the organization. Repair and preventative maintenance of a variety of machinery, tools, equipment used in all of our facilities. Duties will also include but are not limited to &hellip; routine maintenance and repair of facilities and grounds. A strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously for long periods of time. This position requires a high sense of urgency with a focus on safety.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Good communication&nbsp;and computer skills, document repair work, write reports, create documents</li><li>Ability to work in &amp; with diverse teams both internally &amp; externally</li><li>Flexible to work various hours &amp; schedules, pending business needs and urgency</li><li>Safety first mentality, highest of quality standards, self-starter and results driven&nbsp;</li><li>Positive mindset, proactive thinking, address issues &amp; implement solutions quickly</li><li>Repair / replace defective equipment using hand tools, power tools, &amp; assemble equipment</li><li>Perform routine preventive maintenance ensuring machines continue to run smoothly, operate efficiently, and the physical condition does not deteriorate</li><li>Diagnose mechanical &amp; electrical problems &hellip; determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary</li><li>Assemble, install and/or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery, and equipment</li><li>Train, and where needed lead others in department to ensure departmental objectives are met</li><li>And other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Position Requirements</strong></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.</p><p>The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p><p><u>Education and Experience:</u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>5+ years of hands on repair of electrical and mechanical systems on machinery</li><li>Experienced with hydraulic systems &ndash; repair and maintenance</li><li>Experienced with mechanical machine alignment checks and adjustments</li><li>Education / training in electronics and electrical systems desirable</li><li>Forklift license</li><li>CNC machine repair experience, gantry mill repair experience a plus</li></ul><p><u>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</u></p><p>Knowledge</p><ul><li>Familiar with Haas, Fadals, Waterjet, PLC controllers, and servo systems.</li></ul><p>Technical Skills</p><ul><li>Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical and mechanical metal cutting equipment</li></ul></div>\n",
