management; operation and maintenance of streets, traffic signals, and utilities; performs engineering of commercial and private development site and plat plans, administers permits for ROW work, citizens, municipal officials, contractors, engineers, and developers to answer inquiries and advise on plan review, engineering or environmental issues, laws, and ordinances.</span></li><li \"Calibri\",sans-serif;'>Perform stormwater management and soil erosion reviews for private and public construction projects.&nbsp;</span></li><li proposals or plans to determine the time frame, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing projects, designs, and specifications for city and road utility construction projects. style='font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;font-size:16px;'>BS Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of civil engineering experience, including storm and wastewater, soil erosion, and project management.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;font-size:16px;'>The Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification is required.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;font-size:16px;'>PE certification is preferred. &nbsp;</span></li><li><span
