    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>WLWT, the Hearst Television-owned NBC affiliate in Cincinnati, is seeking a part-time Operations Technician to support the technical and production needs of both live and pre-recorded on-air programming. This role requires strong collaboration across departments to ensure seamless execution of newscasts and programming. The Operations Technician will contribute to all station efforts, both in-house and in remote locations.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Operate studio equipment, including robotic camera systems, audio boards, production switchers, graphics systems, and video servers.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Manage master control operations, including switchers, automation systems, video servers, EAS devices, graphics systems, and monitoring systems.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Complete and maintain daily FCC compliance requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Provide technical and production support for newscasts, special projects, and other station initiatives.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Partner with the technology team to support critical on-air systems and resolve issues efficiently.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Edit video and audio content using Adobe products as needed.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Demonstrate adaptability by quickly learning new technologies and responding effectively to changing production requirements.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Perform other duties as assigned by engineering management.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Minimum of six months of experience in a commercial television station, production facility, or equivalent college-level experience.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Experience with master control automation is preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Strong knowledge of broadcast television operations.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Proficiency with computers and PC-based systems.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Ability to maintain accuracy and composure under pressure while managing multiple tasks.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Skilled at troubleshooting and problem-solving, with the judgment to escalate issues appropriately.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Effective verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Demonstrated adaptability
