Continuous Improvement Promote continuous improvement and innovative thinking Maintain and update process documentation (Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Frequently Asked Questions) Track and validate efficiency gains post-implementation Prioritize initiatives based on impact and effort Standardize and share best practices across teams Qualifications Degree or diploma in Business, IT, Analytics, or a related field 1+ year of experience in Supply Chain ~2 years of experience in Business Analysis or a similar role Experience developing low-code/no-code solutions and identifying automation opportunities Strong skills in process documentation, requirements gathering, and problem-solving Knowledge of project and change management, with experience supporting or leading initiatives Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated team player with strong time management skills Lean Six Sigma and/or Power Platform certification considered an asset Organization At Irving Consumer Products , we know the key to success is our people.
