With helpful phone technicians, resourceful online tools, and good old fashion books, AAMCO has plenty of sources to help you excel in your automotive career. </p><p>WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:</p><p>-A position attitude with the ability to work well with others.</p><p>-Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision</p><p>-Strong problem solving skills</p><p>-Drivers license</p><p>-Tools to perform the job</p><p>-ASEs and other certifications are a plus and will be considered during pay structure</p><p>A BIT ABOUT THE JOB AND OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p>As an AAMCO Technician you will be looked upon to properly diagnose and repair customer vehicle concerns. The majority of concerns are transmission related, though general repairs are not uncommon. With a plethora of AAMCO's proprietary resources and equipment, technicians are expected to properly repair and diagnose customer vehicles.</p><p>-Technicians are expected to perform thorough vehicle inspections and make the proper recommendations.</p><p>-Technicians are responsible for properly repairing customer vehicles. This includes most powertrain repairs.</p><p>-Technicians will perform effective and efficient diagnostics with recommendations.</p><p>-Technicians are expected to maintain a clean and clutter free work environment.</p><p>-Technicians will communicate with customer service representatives to ensure efficiency, quality, and overall customer satisfaction. </p><p>ALL AAMCO EMPLOYEES ARE SUBJECT TO A VARIETY OF BENEFITS</p><p>-Six paid holidays off</p><p>-ASE Reimbursement Program</p><p>-Employer Provided Uniforms</p><p>-Weekly Pay</p><p>-Access to the shop for personal repairs (When approved by management).</p><p>-Discounted parts for personal vehicles.</p><p>-Paid time off on a progressing scale.</p><p>-Proprietary Online AAMCO Training Courses</p><p>-Access to five major tool trucks weekly</p><p>-Every working bay has an outdoor view (For those beautiful days in Reno)</p><p>HOURS OF OPERATION</p><p>AAMCO's hours of operation are from 8 am to 5 pm.
