Description
OVERVIEW
Cadrex is searching for a Welder I to use Manual Welding skills to manufacture weldments to defined specifications, workmanship standards and production schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and set up necessary tools and equipment for welding jobs Arrange parts for welding and staging processes Perform quality inspection/checks per quality documentation/control plan (including documentation of results) Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Lead Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures Uphold site efficiency standards Learn and demonstrate continuous improvement for Safety and Quality standards and procedures Perform other duties as requested by the Lead Assist in other work areas as assigned
