This individual will support the design and development of electrical systems for K-12 and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with client needs and industry standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills and collaborative capabilities. Our company values are:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Investing in People</li>\n<li>Achieving the Extraordinary</li>\n<li>Serving with Humility</li>\n<li>Finding Fun in Our Work</li>\n<li>Committing Ourselves to Mutual Success</li>\n<li>Fearlessly Exploring</li>\n<li>Striving for Authenticity</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Design and Development:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the design of electrical power, lighting, life safety and security systems for commercial and K-12 educational.</li>\n<li>Develop detailed electrical drawings, schematics, one-line diagrams and assist with specifications.</li>\n<li>Work with Electrical Engineer(s) to ensure designs comply with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Management:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support engineering projects from concept through completion.</li>\n<li>Assist with coordination between architects, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Coordinate on project timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Expertise:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide technical guidance in the selection of electrical power and lighting systems, life safety systems and security systems, and components.</li>\n<li>Conduct detailed site inspections and assessments to ensure design of feasibility and compliance.</li>\n<li>Perform load calculations, lighting calculations, short-circuit analysis, arc flash hazard, and other engineering calculations as needed.</li>\n<li>Assist in Specifying Lighting Controls and Luminaire selections. Ensuring lighting designs meet current standards and the clients’ needs.</li>\n<li>Assist in Specifying and sizing standby power systems.</li>\n<li>Assist in Specifying auxiliary systems, including fire alarm systems and access control.</li>\n<li>Integrating with CCTV and other low voltage systems design consultants.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quality Assurance:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support review of quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of designs.</li>\n<li>Address and help resolve any technical issues that arise during construction.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Client Interaction:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interface with clients to understand project requirements and provide assistance with technical solutions.</li>\n<li>Support the preparation of reports and technical documentation.</li>\n<li>Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and project completeness.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Other:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Performs other duties, as assigned</span><span>.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Supervision Received</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">:</span></p>\n<p>Specific Direction: Follows established work procedures.
