We exist to help people live more complete and independent lives. Through our many services we provide care, support, and mentorship to elderly and disabled residents in Missouri.<br> <br>The purpose of a Grace Coffee &amp; Cafe Shift Lead is to help the Assistant Manager with the day-to-day duties of running the cafe and helping to create a fun and inviting environment for our staff and consumers.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Responsibilities</span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Greet customers in a friendly manner.
