    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Title: SkillBridge Project Manager - Cyber</span><span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location: Maryland (Required travel within the National Capital Region)</span><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-weight: bold\">Clearance Requirements: This position requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">*** This position is for active duty military members in the MD/DC area only who meet the requirements outlined below. ***</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SkillBridge Eligibility:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have 180 days of military service or fewer remaining prior to your date of discharge and at least 180 continuous days of active service.</li>\n<li>Obtain written approval from your unit commander.</li>\n<li>Agree that participation in SkillBridge can be terminated at any time by the service, if mission requirements dictate.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Opportunity:</span></p>\n<p>This is a great opportunity to work with a technology company that works with the DoD and private industry. We’re specifically looking for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">high-speed junior officer or NCO with cyber mission experie<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">nc</span>e</span> that wants to translate their skills to a customer-facing role in a growing tech company.  You will be relentless at understanding the needs, pain points, and desired outcomes of our prospects and customers - while supporting our solution development to solve customer challenges.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You'll Be Doing:</span></p>\n<p>This position reports directly to TeamWorx Security senior leadership.  You will be working with our Customer Experience team that interacts with and supports our community members daily with intelligence and malware analysis, threat research, and remote incident response.  You will be responsible for coordinating engagements with stakeholders, managing customer deliverables and timelines, and demonstrating technology implementation plans for our expanding customer base.  You will need to be extremely effective at building rapport over the phone and in-person with a range of technical-minded customers and senior decision-makers.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Requirements to Succeed:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Local to the DC/MD/VA area and willing to commute to our Columbia, MD office daily.</span></li>\n<li><span>Minimum 3 years of cyber mission or training environment experience required.</span></li>\n<li><span>Minimum 3 years of team leadership, project or program management experience preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span>Knowledge and experience working with the military/DoD and the cyber security industry. </span></li>\n<li><span>Demonstrated ability to present ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Any experience with the federal government contracting process is a bonus!</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>The ability to roll up your sleeves and work alongside our team!</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What it Takes!</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Building to what’s possible – that’s the way we like it.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding written and oral communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical issues effectively and appropriately for a wide range of audiences.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Possession of excellent analytical skills.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Exploring, learning, and building cool technologies, making mistakes, and learning along the way.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Be comfortable working from multiple locations, with our customers, and in our team environment.</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Self-driven and self-motivated; attention to detail and having a great attitude!</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">A Little About Us and Our Team</span></p>\n<p><span>We love to be inspired.
