We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at EyeQ Monitoring. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in our sales process, focusing on both inbound and outbound prospecting efforts. Your primary responsibility will be identifying and engaging potential customers to create a robust sales pipeline for our Commercial Real Estate vertical. Responsibilities Conduct inbound prospecting by responding to leads generated through various marketing channels, such as website inquiries, demo requests, and event registrations and live chat systems Perform outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach, to reach potential customers and initiate conversations about EyeQ Monitoring's solutions Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers within those organizations to tailor outreach efforts effectively. Nurture and qualify leads through active communication to assess their needs and fit for our products and services Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and provide necessary background information for a seamless transition. Utilize CRM software to manage prospecting activities, track interactions, and update lead status accurately Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to better understand customers' pain points and position EyeQ Monitoring's offerings effectively Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales development targets, contributing significantly to the overall sales growth
