As a Life Success Specialist, you are a mentor, a teacher, and a champion for youth, fostering growth in safe and engaging environments.<br><br><strong>Your Mission for Success</strong><br>You will work 1:1 with youth and caregivers to create lasting change through:<ul><li><strong>Life Skills Training:</strong> Using the Ansell Casey Assessment to identify needs and teaching everything from social skills to daily independence.</li><li><strong>Community Impact:</strong> Planning therapeutic activities, sports, and recreational outings in local parks and venues that make learning \"hands-on.\"</li><li><strong>Reunification Support:</strong> Collaborating with DCS to help families stay together and build a stable future.</li><li><strong>Goal Tracking:</strong> Developing individualized treatment plans and maintaining high-quality documentation to celebrate every milestone.</li></ul><strong>The Schedule & Environment</strong><ul><li><strong>Flexible & Active:</strong> Monday – Saturday, with hours varying based on client needs.</li><li><strong>Year-Round Engagement:</strong> Impact continues through summer and school breaks.</li><li><strong>On the Move:</strong> This is a community-based role involving travel throughout the valley, frequent movement, transport, and both indoor and outdoor activities.</li></ul><strong>What You’ll Need to Join Us</strong><br>✔ <strong>Experience:</strong> 1+ year in youth-focused behavioral health.<br>✔ <strong>Education:</strong> High School Diploma required (Bachelor’s in a related field preferred).<br>✔ <strong>Mobility:</strong> Must be 21+ with a valid Driver’s License and an insured personal vehicle (meeting $100K/$300K coverage requirements) to transport youth.<br>✔ <strong>Clearances:</strong> Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR/First Aid, and a negative TB test.<br>✔ <strong>Tech Skills:</strong> Proficiency in Microsoft Office.<br><strong>Compensation & Rewards</strong><br>We value the specialized skills you bring to our families.<ul><li><strong>Initial Salary (First 60 Days):</strong> $38,000 – $42,000.</li><li><strong>Incentivized Growth:</strong> After probation, you’ll transition to a <strong>Base Salary + Pay-Per-Unit</strong> model.</li></ul><table><thead><tr><th>Units per Month</th><th>Additional Pay per Unit</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>0–50</td><td>Base Pay Only</td></tr><tr><td>51–100</td><td>+ $7.50/unit</td></tr><tr><td>101–125</td><td>+ $7.75/unit</td></tr><tr><td>126–150</td><td>+ $8.00/unit</td></tr><tr><td>151+</td><td>+ $8.50/unit</td></tr></tbody></table><br><em>Note: 100 units = approx. 25 hours/week of face-to-face client time.
