          "text": "<p>The Manager, Employee Relations,&#xa0;plays a critical role in supporting&#xa0;an&#xa0;organizational culture that promotes&#xa0;a fair and inclusive workplace. The Manager, Employee Relations,&#xa0;will thoroughly and expeditiously investigate Team Member concerns in a fair, unbiased, and consistent manner.  The ideal candidate will need to have significant experience operating in a&#xa0;fast-paced&#xa0;and&#xa0;guest-facing&#xa0;environment and&#xa0;possess&#xa0;a strong&#xa0;investigative&#xa0;skill set working in Union and Non-Union organizations. We’re seeking innovative solution seekers,&#xa0;natural collaborators, Team Member advocates,&#xa0;and culture architects to enable our&#xa0;teams, partners, and business to do and be their best.</p><p><strong>Here you can:</strong></p><ul><li>Be responsible for&#xa0;autonomously&#xa0;conducting in-depth interviews and investigations&#xa0;of&#xa0;highly sensitive&#xa0;and complex allegations, including gathering and evaluating information; preparing&#xa0;detailed reports, determining facts; conferring with&#xa0;Legal and operations leadership&#xa0;about issues to&#xa0;creatively&#xa0;resolve problems,&#xa0;and answering&#xa0;questions regarding processes specific to investigations&#xa0;and policies; assisting with&#xa0;the&#xa0;preparation of&#xa0;corrective action&#xa0;documentation.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Develop and implement standardized processes for conducting investigations,&#xa0;tracking, and documenting employee relations claims and cases.           "text": "<p><strong>Here you'll need:</strong></p><ul><li>Extensive knowledge of applicable state and federal employment and labor laws and governmental compliance requirements.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>5+ years of increasingly responsible Human Resources generalist experience, including experience with employee relations&#xa0;processes/activities.&#xa0;</li><li>3+ years of experience handling complicated employee investigations and collaborating with&#xa0;legal&#xa0;counsel to document and ensure timely resolutions with investigations.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
