This role is critical to our value creation plan, providing sophisticated financial analysis, strategic insights, and operational intelligence that drives decision-making across our multi-site platform. The VP of FP&amp;A will build and lead a best-in-class FP&amp;A function capable of supporting rapid growth, M&amp;A activity, and operational excellence initiatives.</p><p><strong>POSITION&rsquo;S ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Strategic Planning &amp; Analysis</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Lead the annual budgeting and long-range strategic planning processes across all facilities and service lines</li><li>Develop and maintain comprehensive three-statement financial models and driver-based planning frameworks</li><li>Partner with Legent and Private Equity teams to deliver investor-grade reporting including monthly board and monthly MD&amp;A packages, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards</li><li>Build and maintain pro-forma financial models for platform growth scenarios and add-on acquisitions</li><li>Provide strategic recommendations on pricing, payer mix optimization, and margin enhancement opportunities</li></ul><p><strong>M&amp;A Support &amp; Integration</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Lead financial due diligence and modeling for add-on acquisition targets</li><li>Develop integration financial plans including synergy identification, working capital requirements, and EBITDA bridge analysis</li><li>Support transaction execution alongside investment banking advisors and PE sponsors</li><li>Track and report on acquisition performance with granular transaction-level analytics</li><li>Build business cases for organic growth initiatives including new service lines and facility expansions</li></ul><p><strong>Operational Finance &amp; Business Partnership</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Establish facility-level P&amp;L accountability with site leaders and drive operational improvements through data-driven insights</li><li>Design and implement KPI scorecards tracking OR utilization, case volume by specialty, surgeon productivity, net collection rates, and days in A/R</li><li>Partner with Revenue Cycle Management leadership on DSO improvement, denial management, and collection effectiveness</li><li>Conduct detailed variance analysis on facility performance and identify actionable improvement opportunities</li><li>Support capital allocation decisions including equipment purchases, facility improvements, and technology investments</li></ul><p><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Development</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&amp;A team including Directors, Managers, and Analysts</li><li>Establish FP&amp;A processes, policies, and best practices aligned with PE portfolio company standards</li><li>Drive adoption of planning and analytics technology and AI platforms (EPM tools, BI dashboards)</li><li>Foster a culture of analytical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement</li><li>Partner with CFO on broader finance organization development including accounting and revenue cycle teams</li></ul><p><strong>Financial Systems &amp;
