To provide quality, professional, adoption services to birth parents, adoptive parents &amp; adoptees with compassion, commitment &amp; integrity.</p><p data-pasted=\"true\">We are seeking a friendly, personable, enthusiastic team member with a strong work ethic who can work well with different types of people from various backgrounds.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">An <strong>Adoption Caseworker</strong> serves expectant parents, prospective adoptive families, adoptive parents, and birth families throughout Virginia from our office in Lynchburg. Key responsibilities include providing pregnancy options counseling, conducting adoption home studies, completing supervisory visits, offering post-adoption counseling and support, and cultivating strong community partnerships with pregnancy resource centers, hospital social workers, and other referral partners.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This is an in-person job opportunity with regular office hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for most scheduled appointments. This role also includes occasional evening and weekend availability to support travel, special events, and time-sensitive needs surrounding hospital deliveries and infant discharges. Staff members participate in a rotating on-call schedule for weekends and holidays (approximately one weekend per month).
