This is an <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">external role</span> with our partner firm and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">mcfa</span> is leading the search to find the best candidate for this opportunity.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">How You’ll Get to Contribute</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">In this role, you’ll lead construction project delivery from pre-construction through closeout, overseeing field operations, schedules, budgets, and client relationships. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and at or above profitability targets.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead all phases of project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Review bids, perform re-bids, and identify cost-saving or value engineering opportunities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop and manage project budgets, cost codes, and financial forecasts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Plan construction operations and coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage subcontractor bidding, selection, contracts, and performance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain accurate project documentation, including change orders and billing</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conduct regular job site visits to monitor safety, progress, quality, and schedule adherence</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Build and maintain strong client relationships and proactively resolve issues</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Track project profitability and forecast gross margin performance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead project kickoff, mobilization, and closeout activities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Participate in project debriefs and continuous improvement efforts</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who You Are:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experienced project manager with at least 5 years in commercial construction or carpentry</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A strong leader who can motivate teams and drive performance in the field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Financially savvy, with experience managing budgets and tracking project profitability</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A proactive problem-solver who can resolve challenges and maintain strong client relationships</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">An effective communicator across field teams, subcontractors, and leadership</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Comfortable working with construction software and Microsoft Office tools</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">10+ years of project management experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Hands-on field experience in commercial carpentry</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">PMP or equivalent certification</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, QuickBid, or similar tools</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Prior military service</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Environment</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This role splits time between the office and active construction sites.
