Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive VIP, y ou will be responsible for educating and selling the Vacation Introductory Program to our guests.
Key Job Functions:
§ Educate and Sell Vacation Introductory Packages to guests
§ Complete Vacation Program agreements in accordance with the rules
§ Make required presentation to guests
§ Survey toured guests, gathering their thoughts about Hilton VIP products and presentations
§ Meet and maintain metrics for success in this role
§ Ability to resolve complex customer service issues
§ Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Requirements:
§ High School Degree/GED or higher
§ 5+ years of customer service experience
§ 1-3 years sales experience required (3+ years of sales experience preferred)
§ Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
§ Active Real Estate license preferred
§ Previous experience in branded vacation ownership preferred
