Job Description The Restoration Technician plays a critical role in the successful restoration of properties affected by water, fire, mold, and other disasters. This position involves the hands-on work of assessing, mitigating, and restoring damaged structures and belongings. The technician will be responsible for utilizing industry-standard tools and techniques to build contaminants, extract water, and dry affected areas, as well as performing demolition and cleaning tasks as needed. Additionally, the technician must ensure that all work is performed in compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and company procedures. This posiiton will receive hands-on training from one of our experienced crew chiefs. We have a ton of opportunities for growth and career advancement, if this sounds like something you are interested in, then this may be the career for you! On average, technicians with drive and desire, have been promoted and have increased their earning potential to between $60-80k annually, after only 6 months of employment. Learn and perform a variety of new skills, including equipment set-up, demolition of building materials, pack up and put back the personal property of customers’ homes affected by water or fire damage. We are flexible with schedules and promote work life balance. Responsibilities: "Clean Guys" protocol adhered to Assist in maximizing the job Support the PM in all aspects of the job Drive all Technician Playbooks and Outcomes Drive Equipment Maximization Live the "Clean Guys" Protocol Qualifications: Positive and fun attitude Able to perform physical labor and able to lift 75 lbs Previous 1-2 years of restoration experience is a plus Must be able to read and write fluently in English Clean driving record required Full-Time Must be 21 years of age Prescott Initial 24/7 On-Call Requirement: This role requires 24/7 on-call availability at the start of employment. This is a temporary expectation and will remain in place only until an additional technician is hired to share on-call responsibilities. Prescott Travel Requirements : Regular travel to and from job sites in the Prescott area and surrounding regions is required. In addition, occasional travel to our headquarters in Mesa, AZ will be expected, typically on a monthly or quarterly basis.
