Through personalized care plans our guests experience quality care in a close-knit community.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>While working here, you will enjoy:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Health, dental, vision and life insurance.</strong> <em>Your well-being is important, and we value it.</em></li>\n <li><strong>Paid time off.</strong> <em>Because as much as you love your job, we want you to also love having time to be you.</em></li>\n <li><strong>A 401K retirement plan.</strong> <em>You're our company's future; let us help you take care of yours.</em></li>\n <li><strong>Continuing education credits.</strong> <em>Life, learning, and education are our top priorities.</em></li>\n <li><strong>Supportive management, cohesive work environment and many different career paths to help you achieve your professional goals</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications of the </strong><strong>Transportation Driver:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>One (1) year experience operating a Company vehicle.</li>\n <li>One (1) year experience in the Medical Field</li>\n <li>One (1) year experience in Central Supply</li>\n <li>Must have a CNA license</li>\n <li>Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to schedule and dispatch appropriate transportation to the age-related needs of the residents served.</li>\n <li>Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.</li>\n <li>Must possess the knowledge and ability to understand budgetory requirements and maintain appropriate PAR levels related to resident supplies</li>\n <li>Job requires minor lifting, walking, and bending.<p>https://info.flclearinghouse.com/</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities of the </strong><strong>Transportation Driver:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Transport residents to medical appointments and recreational activities according to established schedules and allotted times.</li>\n <li>Assist residents entering and exiting the facility’s vehicle.</li>\n <li>Drive facility’s vehicle to events and activities outside the facility, as necessary.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with facility medical and nursing personnel regarding transporting residents to scheduled medical appointments.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with Activities Director and Activities Assistant regarding transporting residents to scheduled activities.</li>\n <li>Ensure that emergency equipment (i.e., triangles, fire extinguisher, and first-aid kit) is available and in good working condition.</li>\n <li>Recommend to your supervisor the equipment and supply needs for the Facility’s vehicle.</li>\n <li>Assist in the moving and arranging of equipment and supplies to assure that the Facility’s vehicle is ready for scheduled appointments and activities.</li>\n <li>Maintain an incident and accident-free driving record.</li>\n</ul>",
