    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Under the general direction of F&amp;B supervisor/Ops Manager; this position will be responsible for making and serving various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a prompt and friendly manner.</p>\n<p>DUTIES:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides exceptional customer service to guests in an upbeat, positive and professional manner</li>\n <li>Ensure safe and responsible service relative to all aspects of the sale and service of all beverage products including setting a drink rate, avoiding intoxication and inform all co-workers of guests being monitored</li>\n <li>Follow and complete all cash out procedures accurately</li>\n <li>Settle cash and debit/credit card payments with all patrons</li>\n <li>Follow opening and closing bar procedures</li>\n <li>Ensure appropriate inventory supply of alcoholic beverages and other related products</li>\n <li>Ensure proper cleaning and operation or glass washer</li>\n <li>Complete spillage documentation of all alcoholic beverages</li>\n <li>Complete daily inventory and waste sheets prior to end of the shift</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of standard drink recipes, menus and food items</li>\n <li>Complete knowledge of the P.O.S. System</li>\n <li>Conduct regular cleaning and sanitation of glassware, refrigerators, bar surfaces, glass washers, equipment and supplies</li>\n <li>Comply with all alcohol related house policies, practices and Smart Serve Guidelines</li>\n <li>Complete cash out and deposit procedures&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Communicate all beverage alcohol activities at break and end of shift</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with company’s health and safety policies and adherence to the Occupational Health and Safety Act</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned by management</li>\n <li>Valid Smart Serve Required</li>\n <li>AGCO Cat 2 Gaming License Required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><i><strong>Great Canadian Gaming Corporation is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion and we welcome all qualified applicants to apply to join our team of unique contributors.
